In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor at the executive level, shaping data-driven transformation strategies, designing frameworks, mentoring junior colleagues, and contributing to industry benchmarks as you strengthen our advisory practice.

• Proven track record in data and AI, ideally including advisory or consulting, delivering data strategy and AI-driven transformation with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong background in data management, analytics, and AI technologies.

• Strong ability to connect data and AI topics with business strategy and create measurable value for clients.
• Solid grasp of data architectures, AI frameworks, and implementation approaches to translate technical concepts into actionable solutions.
• Proven ability to articulate business value and advise C‑level stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• A proactive, innovation‑driven mindset with the motivation to lead initiatives and inspire others.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage diverse senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in German (C1) and strong English skills, both written and verbal.

Education

• University degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
