A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Management Accountant to provide financial and business reporting for Residential Aged Care. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in an accounts or finance role, excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively. The Senior Management Accountant is responsible for providing business reporting, value add business partnering and accounting / financial services and business support functions to Mercy Residential Aged Care. The role will assist the Finance Manager Residential Aged Care (FMRAC) in ensuring all controls, business / financial processes and procedures are in place and accordance with Mercy Health Group Finance Policies / Procedures.
