Job summary

Applicants should have a PhD in nutritional sciences or related disciplines, extensive university teaching experience, and strong German (C1) and English (B2/C1) skills.

Qualifications

• PhD or doctoral degree in nutritional sciences or related field.
• Several years of university teaching experience, especially in supervising laboratory practicals.
• Knowledge of health and safety in the laboratory.
• Excellent German language skills (C1) and good English (B2/C1).
• Research experience in food sciences or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and develop courses in nutritional sciences at bachelor and master levels.
• Design, organize, and supervise laboratory practicals and instruct students in experimental techniques.
• Develop innovative teaching formats and assessments, including blended learning and e-learning.
• Provide guidance to tutors and practical instructors and coordinate modules.
• Collaborate with teaching and research teams and maintain external partnerships when possible.
