As a Senior Lead, Innovation commercialization engineer, you will shepherd scalable products from concept to production, collaborating across regions and with key external partners to ensure performance and manufacturability.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in footwear with focus on innovation and bringing technologies to market.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or Materials Science.
• Proficient in 2D/3D computational design; assess commercial viability and factory readiness.
• Expert in advanced footwear manufacturing: robotics, automation, tooling, molding, and assembly.
• Strong root-cause analysis mindset for troubleshooting tooling and manufacturing issues.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills; able to present to senior management and external partners.
• Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous, high-impact projects.
• Willing to travel 15–20%.

Aufgaben

• Independently manage multiple high-impact footwear development projects from concept to production.
• Guide and influence management and team as a senior contributor.
• Lead end-to-end commercialization, partnering with manufacturing, tooling, and sourcing teams.
• Act as liaison between inline development and production; coordinate with vendors.
• Engineer for manufacturability, cost, and quality.
• Negotiate with internal teams and external partners across regions.
• Collaborate with computational designers to optimize fit and tooling; manage size runs and ERP updates.
• Document tooling and upper-related issues with corrective actions.
