Specialized is seeking a Senior Kotlin Software Engineer to contribute to cross-platform applications for e-bike analytics and factory tooling. You will design, implement and test high-quality software in collaboration with engineers and product teams.

The role sits at the intersection of desktop apps, embedded device communication, and CI/CD pipelines, with a 4-day in-office expectation in Cham. Strong Kotlin/KMP and USB/HID experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience with Kotlin and Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) in production systems.
• Strong understanding of Ktor and modern asynchronous/networked application design.
• Hands-on experience with device communication, ideally using USB/HID protocols.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement shared business logic across desktop platforms using Kotlin and KMP.
• Integrate platform-specific components where required and ensure testable, maintainable code.
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure software quality.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, build automation, release processes, and development tooling.
• Collaborate with product management and quality teams to refine requirements and acceptance criteria.
