We are looking for additional support for our Internal Production Systems Team!
Your mission:
- You ensure the smooth operation of our IT services and are responsible for the administration, monitoring, maintenance, and continuous optimization of our backend and enterprise IT infrastructure. The focus is on Microsoft-based enterprise environments as well as server, virtualization, and storage systems. In addition, you manage selected cloud and Microsoft 365 services.
- You actively contribute to the planning and implementation of IT infrastructure projects and support the further development, standardization, and automation of our IT processes. Knowledge of PowerShell or comparable scripting technologies is an advantage.
- You ensure compliance with and implementation of our IT security requirements and support, among other things, access management and technical documentation.
- You manage our backup and recovery infrastructure. Basic knowledge of Linux environments is an advantage.
- You provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support for more complex technical issues and incidents.
Your profile:
- You have completed an education with a focus on IT. Relevant professional experience as a System Engineer is an advantage.
- You have very good knowledge of Microsoft system environments and also have experience with enterprise virtualization solutions and operating complex IT infrastructures.
- You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, demonstrate a high degree of initiative, and stand out through your teamwork and communication skills.
- Very good German and good English skills round off your profile.
