The Service Management Specialist ensures the smooth operation, coordination, and continuous improvement of IT service processes across the organization. This role supports incident, problem, change, asset and configuration management, with a strong focus on automation, compliance, and operational stability. The specialist acts as a key interface between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners, contributing to service excellence and risk mitigation.

Your tasks

• Manage and coordinate IT service delivery processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset and Configuration Management
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and problems, minimizing business impact and improving service stability
• Maintain and optimize the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and related documentation
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for service performance, SLAs, and KPIs
• Facilitate efficient communication between IT teams, business units, and external stakeholders during incidents and changes
• Support the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow workflows for ITSM processes
• Ensure ITSM processes align with internal policies and external standards (e.g., ITIL, ISO 27001) and support during audits
• Support onboarding and training of junior team members
• Support Business Continuity Management

Your profile

• Minimum of 5 years experience working in an IT Service Management (ITSM) area
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, and Configuration Management) for online business platforms
• Certified in ITIL (Foundation, Practitioner, Expert, or Managing Professional)
• Experience with internal and external audits
• Skilled in leading workshops and facilitating process improvements
• Proven experience in process design and implementation
• Proficient in Service Management tools
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• A structured, organized, and reliable approach to work
• Highly self-motivated, responsible, and resilient under pressure
• A collaborative team player with a strong learning mindset
