Enery is seeking a Senior IT Administrator to own our network and cloud infrastructure end to end. You will manage firewalls, VLANs, and the Azure hub-and-spoke architecture, plus AWS governance across multiple accounts.

You will ensure IT/OT boundary security, backup integrity, and documented controls, collaborating with OT engineers and a network integrator. You will lead day-to-day IT operations, drive automation with PowerShell and Python, and mentor the team while maintaining a pragmatic

Competenze

• 7+ years in IT infrastructure and network administration.
• 3+ years owning an estate rather than working tickets inside someone else's organisation.
• Deep network engineering: enterprise firewalls, routing and switching, VLANs, ACLs, VPNs.
• Azure infrastructure in production: hub-and-spoke, Azure Firewall, NSGs, jump-hosts.
• AWS governance: Organizations, IAM, SCPs, VPC, GuardDuty, Security Hub, CloudTrail.
• Backup and disaster recovery with defined RPO/RTO and restore tests.
• Documentation as evidence: diagrams, rule audits.
• Security-focused pragmatism: balance obligations vs techniques.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to CEE offices and plants.

• Own the network end-to-end: firewalls, VLAN/IP plan, wireless, ISP relationships, routing.
• Own Azure landing zone: hub-and-spoke, hub firewalls, per-country rules, jump hosts, site routing.
• Own AWS governance: Organisations, IAM, SCPs, MFA, GuardDuty, Security Hub, CloudTrail and logging.
• Own IT/OT boundary: plant firewalls, boundary rules, SIEM integration, access paths.
• Own backup and recovery: immutable backups, restore tests, integrity checks.
• Produce evidence: segmentation diagrams, rule audits, certificate inventories.
• Manage infrastructure vendors from scope to delivery and acceptance.
• Maintain privileged access discipline: break-glass, auditing for auditors.
• Carry day-to-day IT: escalations, new-site builds, onboarding.
