As a Senior IT Customer Success Manager, you will support our customers in the UK and English‑speaking countries holistically, from onboarding, through technical consulting, to long‑term support. You will act as a project manager, technical sparring partner, and strategic customer advisor.
You ensure that our customers derive maximum value from our solutions and work successfully with Kinnovis in the long term. You will independently manage multiple customer projects while also leveraging your experience to continuously improve our processes.
