Full-time

Salary: €52,000–70,000 gross/year (depending on qualifications and experience)

• Consulting and technical support for the sales team in a pre-sales and project context
• Analysis of IT architectures, system landscapes, and derivation of suitable solutions
• Independent execution of migration and implementation projects in various countries (primarily remote)
• Taking on challenging projects, including planning, implementation, and customer communication
• Conducting technical workshops and providing support to customers and partners (including troubleshooting/CRM)
• Mentoring and providing technical support to new colleagues, as well as coordinating with the internal team
• At least 2 years of experience in a comparable role
• Excellent IT expertise, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• High level of customer focus, communication and teamwork skills
• Very good knowledge of German (C2) and English
• Low willingness to travel (max. 10%)
