Erste Group Bank AG is seeking an IT audit professional to join the Audit Markets and Central Functions Department. You will perform IT audits across Erste Group entities and subsidiaries, evaluating governance, risk management, and control frameworks in a banking context.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years in IT, IT Audit, IT Risk, or related control environment.
• Experience assessing IT processes and controls and identifying risks.
• Knowledge of DORA, COBIT, ISO 27001, ITIL; CISA considered an advantage.
• English required; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Perform IT audits across Erste Group entities and subsidiaries, assessing processes, controls, and risk management practices.
• Review areas such as IT Strategy, Governance, Outsourcing Governance, IT Project and Change Management.
• Evaluate IT Operations, Incident Management, Information Security, IT Architecture, and Network controls.
• Develop and tailor audit programmes, test controls, and document audit evidence.
• Prepare audit reports, communicate findings, and follow up on recommendations.
• Collaborate with fellow IT auditors and business auditors on joint audits.
