You will oversee IE systems, dashboards, and performance reporting while promoting Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize costs and utilization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years in semiconductor manufacturing or industrial engineering.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing engineering or operations teams.
• Experience in Assembly & Test, OSAT or high-volume manufacturing preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and sustain factory capacity models for production scheduling and expansion.
• Lead long-term capacity planning and scenario analyses for assembly and test operations.
• Drive labor efficiency and staffing models with workforce planning.
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement programs.
• Own IE systems, dashboards, and performance reporting using digital tools.
