Job summary

Sportradar in Austria is seeking a Game Mathematician to design and validate the mathematical models behind our casino games, ensuring robust RTP structures and engaging play. You will collaborate with Product, Game Design, Engineering and Compliance to translate concepts into sound mechanics, run simulations, and prepare technical specifications for certification.

Fluent English and 3+ years in game mathematics are required; you will shape the math foundations of one of our fastest-growing

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in game mathematics or related analytics role.
Strong knowledge of probability, RTP, hit frequency and distributions.
Ability to document mathematical models clearly for engineering and compliance.
Commercial experience in Java-based applications.
Experience with Python, R, SQL or MATLAB for simulations.
Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Design and develop mathematical models for casino games.
Create, test and document probability models and RTP configurations.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Game Designers to translate concepts into math.
Run simulations and validate game performance against distributions.
Prepare mathematical specifications for engineering, QA and certification.
