Job summary

AVL in Graz is seeking a Senior Group Treasury Manager to strengthen the group's financial resilience. You will assess financial risks, design financing and risk mitigation strategies, and advise international subsidiaries on treasury topics.

You will lead liquidity planning, FX and guarantee management, and drive digitalisation of the Treasury Management System. Collaboration with global stakeholders, banks, and financing partners is essential to shape a forward-looking treasury landscape

Qualifications

• University-level finance, controlling, banking, or related field
• At least five years of corporate treasury experience
• Proven expertise in group financing, liquidity and FX management
• IFRS knowledge; treasury systems experience (ION) and SAP S/4HANA is a plus
• Experience on international projects and global stakeholders
• Fluent German and English

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and manage group-wide financial risks with focus on liquidity and exposures
• Develop and implement hedging strategies for entities and projects
• Support treasury projects and day-to-day treasury operations
• Collaborate with international entities, banks, and financing partners
• Enhance liquidity and guarantee planning and treasury reporting
• Drive digitalisation of the Treasury Management System (TMS) and related processes
