A leading industrial explosives firm is seeking a Senior Finance Manager - Business Partnering in Austria. You will lead the Finance Business Partner team, providing strategic financial insights and ensuring alignment with business strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance leadership, excellent stakeholder management, and experience with Power BI. Lead the Finance Business Partner team for Dyno Nobel Asia Pacific (DNAP) and provide strategic financial insight, commercial support and decision‑making guidance to senior leaders. You will act as the primary conduit between Finance, Operations and Commercial, ensuring financial outcomes are aligned with business strategy and operating margin performance across the region.
