Lead finance for DuluxGroup's Distribution & Freight network, overseeing a $110M cost base across five state warehouses and national freight operations. As the key financial partner to the Head of Distribution, you'll manage budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, and strategic analysis while contributing to leadership decisions.
This hybrid role blends financial oversight with operational projects, including freight optimization, S&O, and inventory planning. You'll work closely with numerous stakeholders across finance and operations, mentor a direct report, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost control.
