This opportunity is suited to an experienced physical fertilizer trader with an established industry network, strong commercial instincts, and a proven ability to originate and execute profitable physical trading flows across international markets.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years’ experience within physical fertilizer trading environments.
• Demonstrable track record generating profitable physical trading business and managing commercial relationships
• Strong understanding of fertilizer supply chains, logistics, storage, and international trade flows
• Existing network across producers, trading houses, distributors, and end-users within Urea + DAP Markets
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously within a fast-moving commercial environment

• Develop and manage physical fertilizer trading activity across European and international markets
• Originate and execute transactions across key fertilizer product groups including nitrogen, phosphates, potash, and speciality products
• Build and maintain relationships with producers, distributors, wholesalers, industrial consumers, and agricultural counterparties
• Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, logistics, and supply agreements across physical markets
• Identify new regional market opportunities and contribute to the broader growth strategy of the trading platform
