isolutions AG in Switzerland is seeking an Exchange Engineer with a passion for migrating Exchange environments to Microsoft 365. You will design and operate Exchange Online platforms for customers and drive modern workplace solutions.

The role involves collaborating with delivery teams, configuring Cloud Workplace environments using Intune, Entra ID, Azure, and Office 365, and advising customers on their digital transformation journey within a dynamic, growing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed IT apprenticeship (EFZ) with a focus on system engineering.
• Experience with Exchange; MS 365 experience is an advantage.
• Initial project experience with Microsoft 365, Entra, and Microsoft Intune.
• Excellent German and good English skills.
• 80% workload or more; main workplace in Bern, Zürich, or Basel; willingness to travel within Switzerland.

Do you have experience as an Exchange Engineer and a passion for M365 engineering within the Microsoft ecosystem? Responsibilities

• Building and operating Exchange Online platforms for our customers
• Taking responsibility for migrating Exchange environments to M365
• Ideally supporting the delivery team with configuration and deployment of Cloud Workplace environments using Microsoft Intune (Windows 11, AutoPilot, Defender), Entra ID, Azure, and Office 365
• Further developing our existing Workplace-as-a-Service solutions
• Gathering and implementing technical and functional requirements in your projects
• Advising customers on their digital transformation journey

Qualifications

• Completed IT apprenticeship (EFZ) with a focus on system engineering. A complementary degree is a plus
• Experience with Exchange. Additional experience with Microsoft 365 is an advantage
• Initial project experience with Microsoft 365, Entra, and Microsoft Intune
• A motivated, communicative, and reliable personality who enjoys taking responsibility and thrives in a dynamic, growing environment
• Excellent German and good English skills
• Workload of 80% or more, with your main workplace in Bern, Zurich, or Basel, and willingness to travel within Switzerland
