You will configure bootloaders, kernels, and BSPs for custom systems and build automated pipelines for reliable development workflows.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hands-on embedded Linux experience, strong C skills, and familiarity with GDB, JTAG, and hardware interfaces.

Qualifikationen

• Embedded Linux development with Yocto in CI/CD environments.
• Strong C programming skills and knowledge of Git.
• Experience with common hardware interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, USB, Ethernet).
• English communication skills; German a plus.

Aufgaben

• Design, extend, and maintain a Yocto-based Linux distribution for embedded platforms.
• Configure and optimize bootloaders, Linux kernels, and BSPs for custom hardware.
• Architect and implement automated build, integration, and testing pipelines.
• Diagnose hardware and software issues using GDB, JTAG, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
• Develop robust security mechanisms across the embedded Linux stack, from secure boot to user space.
