Raiffeisen Digital Bank AG in Vienna is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to shape and operate cloud-native platforms that underpin our digital banking services. You will manage Kubernetes-based environments, implement CI/CD with IaC automation, and work across security, architecture, and operations to ensure high reliability.

With 5+ years in DevOps, expertise in AWS (EKS/ECS/RDS), Kubernetes, Terraform/CloudFormation, and strong Linux networking, you’ll drive platform excellence in a hybrid

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps or related engineering fields.
• Hands-on AWS experience with EKS, ECS, RDS, MSK, KMS, API Gateway, Route53, and Load Balancing.
• Strong Kubernetes knowledge with hands-on clustering, Docker, Helm, and networking concepts.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform/CloudFormation or AWS CDK).
• Experience building and maintaining modern CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows (GitHub Actions, GitOps).
• Strong Linux knowledge, networking, cloud networking, and security principles.
• Experience with monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch.
• Basic SQL knowledge and PostgreSQL administration.

Aufgaben

• Build and evolve cloud infrastructure and platforms powering digital banking services.
• Operate, maintain, and enhance Kubernetes-based platforms and containerized environments.
• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery.
• Develop automation for IaC provisioning, config management, and operations.
• Monitor platform health, manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and improve reliability.
• Collaborate with development, architecture, security, and operations teams to advance cloud-native solutions.
• Ensure security, governance, and compliance across cloud environments.
• Contribute to cloud modernization, platform engineering, FinOps, and DevOps process improvements.
