• 5+ years of data engineering experience with proven track record of leading complex data projects
• Exceptional communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams
• AWS & Data Engineering: Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, Lambda, Glue, Athena, Redshift, EMR) and Apache Spark
• Backend Development: Python for building data processing services and APIs, and strong SQL for analytics
• Infrastructure & DevOps: Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines for data systems
• Clean Code: disciplined, well-documented code with testing and data-analytics focus
• Data Architecture: scalable data architectures and optimized workflows
• Dashboard Development: experience with BI tools like Tableau, Qlik Sense, Power BI
