Senior Customer Representative Oncology (m / f / d)

West Austria (Vorarlberg Tirol Salzburg & OÖ)

Responsibilities
  • Identifying accounts & target areas with biggest potential to drive business outcomes
  • Developing field‑based customer & patient journey and account strategy
  • Developing a network of key decision makers and orchestrated successful interactions with key stakeholders (including HCPs public groups medical professional organizations) in defined therapy area
  • Performs product calls with target audience as part of an omnichannel engagement plan
  • Performs Speaker‑meetings and / or Round Tables with product presentation
  • Performs territory and / or account planning segmentation and targeting of customers and reporting of activities
  • Providing feedback to management on strategic opportunities for assigned key accounts
  • Collaboration with cross functional team (Medical Marketing Market Access) to develop omnichannel projects materials and services that respond to customers and business needs
  • Spends >90% of time in the field visiting customers
Qualifications
  • Successfully completed pharmaceutical representative examination and / or completed studies in the field of human veterinary or dental medicine or pharmacy
  • Highly motivated individual who is driven to push things forward
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Passion for working in an agile manner and with digital tools such as iPad MS Office Veeva and Salesforce
  • Professional proficiency in German and English both verbal and written are required

The minimum annual salary for this position is EUR 61.300- and varies according to the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
