Zusammenfassung

Jobgether SRL seeks a Senior Compliance Officer (Regulatory Focus) to strengthen regulatory compliance across a crypto and payments landscape. You will drive licensing efforts, policy development, and regulatory documentation while engaging regulators and external counsel.

The role covers multiple jurisdictions and complex business models in cryptoassets and payments. You will translate requirements into practical controls, support governance, and advise on product and partnership regulatory

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in regulatory compliance, incl. fintech payments or crypto.
• Drafting regulatory policies and AML/CFT frameworks with ownership.
• Experience with authorisation frameworks (EMI/PI, CASP/VASP, MiCA) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to regulatory licence applications and governance documents.
• Develop regulation matrices, evidence trackers, and document-control processes.
• Coordinate responses to RFIs and regulator requests.
• Draft and maintain compliance policies, risk assessments, and controls.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on new products and partners.
• Provide training and guidance to stakeholders.
