AUSTRIA JUICE Group seeks an experienced Controller to join the Finance team at our Kroellendorf headquarters. The role covers monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, cost accounting enhancements, KPI analysis, and transfer pricing reviews, with a hands-on, analytical mindset.

Ideal candidates have a commercial education or business degree, 3–5 years in controlling, and strong SAP/Excel skills. The position offers home-office options and various benefits in a multinational setting.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial education (e.g., Business College/HAK) or a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Controlling or Finance.
• Strong Excel skills and SAP knowledge (MM, FI, CO-PA, PP).
• Excellent German and good English written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Perform production, sales, and project controlling.
• Monitor and analyze financial and operational KPIs.
• Conduct budget-to-actual comparisons and variance analyses, providing actionable recommendations.
• Prepare and present reports and analyses for business departments and management.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and MTP processes.
• Conduct inventory valuation and impairment assessments.
• Develop and enhance cost accounting, profitability analysis, and contribution margin reporting.
• Perform transfer pricing analyses for subsidiary companies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of controlling processes and reporting systems.

YOUR MISSION

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
• Perform production, sales, and project controlling

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Completed commercial education (e.g., Business College/HAK) or a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a related field (University or FH)
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in Controlling or Finance
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, as well as sound knowledge of SAP (modules MM, FI, CO-PA, PP)
• Excellent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
• Hands-on mentality with strong analytical and logical thinking skills, combined with the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Precise, structured, and independent working style
