A leading consulting firm based in Austria is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead workforce projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in Organisational Development or Psychology, with skills in workforce strategy, consulting, and excellent communication. This specialist advisory and consulting business supports predominantly clients in the education sector, with workforce strategy and enablement, technology, advisory and research services, and leadership programmes.
As Senior Consultant, you will lead the scoping, design, and delivery of workforce projects where the content of work will be varied and include design of organisational structures, workforce planning, industry research, benchmarking, and leadership programs. This role offers autonomy, variety, and purpose, with the chance to own projects and build the business, while also influencing system‑level change in this sector.
You will:
You will need to bring your experience in workforce strategy and design and organisational change to this role. You come from an Organisational Development and/or psychology background, and ideally have some consulting and facilitation experience. You have experience working with concept through the design and facilitation of work. Some exposure to HR Technology platforms and metrics, reporting and analysis will be a valued skill in this role. You have excellent communication; attention to detail with this client cohort is essential.
