With ASX100 clients based worldwide, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced enterprise information management consultant to join our Brisbane team in the role of Senior Information Management Technical Consultant, or Senior Information Management Functional Consultant.

About the Role

You will be part of a cross-functional Services Delivery team where you will partner with our enterprise clients to understand their information management requirements and implement industry best-practice solutions. As part of this, you will be expected to work both autonomously and collaboratively as a valued member of the team. You must be able to follow clearly articulated processes and aspire to develop and progress to more senior responsibilities.

We are looking for someone who has deep technical and/or functional knowledge and experience working with Cloud technology, and is an outstanding problem solver, excellent communicator (both verbal & written) and fast learner, ready for immediate start.

To be successful in the role, you will have 5+ years of relevant technical and/or functional experience in enterprise content management particularly in the implementation of MS 365, OpenText, SAP S4 Hana, SAP Fiori, Documentum, Oracle or Tungsten. Having a passion for technology and professional growth is a must!

What You Will Be Doing

As a Technical Consultant, you will be required to:

• Lead and/or support the project team to deliver successful information management solutions.
• Gather and translate business requirements into a solution design.
• Configure, manage and test the solution build to ensure the client’s system needs are met.
• Learn market-leading technologies as required to implement and support technical solutions.
• Communicate at a technical and business level, often interpreting technical topics to non-technical business personnel.
• Confidently and respectfully communicate with peers, senior consultants, management, and client personnel.
• Develop and manage a project plan, address changes to plans, update stakeholders and raise issues in a timely manner.
• Liaise with 3rd parties as required to progress project tasks, e.g., system rollouts and upgrades.

What You Need to Have

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related technical field.
• 10-12 years’ experience implementing information management or enterprise content management solutions.
• Expert-level knowledge in at least two of: MS 365, OpenText, SAP ABAP, SAP Fiori, Documentum, Oracle or Tungsten.
• Analytical mindset with ability to learn other technical solutions at short notice and present confidently in a client environment.
• Experienced in translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Right to work in Australia (Potential for Longer Term sponsorship moving forward)
• Must be eligible for Australian Government security clearance. Police check required.
