Jobtailor in Vienna is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead testing efforts across multiple projects. You will define test strategies, plan testing activities, and ensure successful test outcomes.

You will mentor colleagues, coordinate bug fixes, and report progress to stakeholders, while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high-quality software solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in software testing as a Test Manager/Coordinator.
• Solid knowledge of testing processes and methodologies.
• Practical experience in software development and project management.
• Ideally experience with AI tools.
• Experience with test tools such as Confluence, Jira, XRay, HP ALM, Solution Manager or similar tools.
• Business-fluent German (C1).
• ISTQB certification.
• Experience presenting to clients and/or larger audiences.
