Then we are looking for you as our new Senior Compliance & Process Manager (f/m/x) to join us as soon as possible in a full‑time role (38.5 hours per week) at our Studio in Vienna, Wels, Zagreb, Osijek or Varazdin.

Your tasks

• You act as the central point of contact for all compliance‑related topics and advise internal teams on implementing requirements.
• You create and maintain guidelines, standards, and core processes in the area of compliance and coordinate both internal and external audits.
• You further develop our compliance management system and ensure its efficient implementation and continuous optimisation based on regular compliance testing.
• You monitor legal and regulatory developments, assess risks, and derive appropriate measures.
• You design and deliver training sessions to strengthen compliance awareness across the entire organization.

Your skills

• You have a degree in business administration, economics, or law (university/FH), or bring several years of relevant experience in the field of compliance.
• You work in a structured, independent way and find pragmatic solutions to complex issues.
• You have experience working with compliance tools and digital systems.
• You communicate confidently in English and ideally also in German.
• You stand out with a proactive, eager‑to‑learn, and team‑oriented working style.
