What You’ll Be Doing

Designing and delivering infrastructure and cloud projects end-to-end.

Working with HP/Dell servers & SANs, VMware (and some Hyper‑V), Cisco networking, Citrix, AWS, Azure, M365 and more.

Solution design, scoping, technical PoCs and project planning.

Solving complex technical problems across on‑prem and cloud environments.

Helping integrate and modernise environments from new business acquisitions or onboarding newly acquired clients — influence architecture, standardise platforms, solve real complexity.

Collaborating with experienced engineers and TAMs to deliver best‑in‑class results.

Sharing knowledge with the Service Desk and mentoring others.

Staying ahead of the curve through partner events, internal training and certs.

Requirements

We don’t need every bullet — we hire smart people with the right mindset. If you have most of the below, let’s talk:

• Strong experience in infrastructure project delivery within an MSP or services environment.
• Deep knowledge of Windows Server, AD, Group Policy, virtualisation (VMware/Hyper‑V).
• Networking fundamentals — switching, routing, security.
• Exposure to scripting (PowerShell / VB).
• Experience with backup solutions (Veeam or similar).
• Ability to diagnose and solve complex technical problems.
• Bonus points for ConnectWise, Automate (LabTech), or SolarWinds experience.

Up to $145k package (depending on experience)
