You will ignite the commercial engine behind Novasign’s expansion – implementing and owning the full sales circle, shaping sales strategy, and laying the groundwork for a future sales team.
For this role, we are seeking an expert who can translate deep industry insights into actionable market opportunities. You will lead our sales strategy, refine our go‑to‑market (GTM) approach, and engage directly with customers to drive adoption of our ML‑powered SaaS platform across bioprocessing, pharma, and adjacent verticals. You will navigate long‑cycle, consultative B2B sales processes targeting R&D teams, innovation managers, and digitalization leaders in biotech and pharma.
This role starts as an individual contributor with the potential to grow into a leadership position as the team scales. The role is ideal for a BD / sales executive who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments and is passionate about commercializing innovation that makes a real‑world difference. You will directly report to the CEO.
