We are seeking an experienced Senior Building Manager to take the lead in managing a brand-new building in Toowong.

As the Senior Building Manager, you’ll take ownership of the building’s successful opening and its ongoing operational performance. This role calls for a proven background in building management and the confidence to lead all day‑to‑day functions of a new site.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the opening and commissioning of a new building
• Manage daily building operations, maintenance, and compliance
• Coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure high standards of presentation and safety
• Ensure all building systems are functioning efficiently
• Respond to after‑hours emergencies when genuinely required
• No live‑onsite requirement
• No driving required – this role is fully onsite at Toowong
