Zusammenfassung

Agoda is seeking a Senior BI Analyst to lead strategic and operational initiatives within the Supply Analytics team in Bangkok. You will work with executives and cross-functional partners to shape the BI strategy and scale new business verticals, from opportunity sizing to business cases.

You will analyze complex data, drive growth and efficiency, and deliver data-driven recommendations. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in analytics, data science, insights or strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or quantitative field (e.g. CS, math, engineering, econ, finance).
• 3+ years with BI & analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, Metabase or Power BI).
• Experience in conducting A/B testing is a plus.
• Experience in Python or R is a plus.
• Understanding of statistical modelling or ML techniques is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management; comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
• Ability to find data insights and provide business recommendations.
• Entrepreneurial, data-driven and able to operate in ambiguity.

• Drive new analytic initiatives to improve efficiency in Agoda supply.

• Automate manual processes and demonstrate time savings.
