zooplus SE is seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer to enhance our Mobile Apps Team and support the evolution of our services and products. Your responsibilities will include developing applications for one of Europe's leading pet e-commerce platforms, participating in technical discussions, and delivering high-quality solutions in a collaborative Agile environment.

With over 6 years of experience in Python and strong cloud solutions expertise, you’ll work closely with various teams to deliver features, while enjoying a hybrid working model that allows for flexibility and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of professional experience with Python; experience with Java and the Spring Framework is a plus.
• Strong understanding of complex architecture landscapes, capable of implementing new features independently.
• Ownership mindset focused on high-quality solutions; experience with unit testing and TDD.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices including container orchestration, CI pipelines, AWS and Kubernetes.

• Participate in solution investigation and planning with other teams.
• Design and implement backend solutions using microservices architecture.
• Work with other teams to integrate their solutions into the mobile apps.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deploy applications on the cloud.
