Zusammenfassung

The Senior Auditor position at OSCE in Vienna is a secondment open to participating States. You will plan, lead, and conduct audits and advisory activities, drafting reports that strengthen governance, risk management, internal control, and performance across the Organization.

You will engage with auditees, follow up on actions, and support continuous development of internal audit practices while acting as an alternate to the Head of Internal Audit.

Qualifikationen

• First-level university degree in management, economics, finance, business administration, information technology or a related field.
• Certification of an internationally recognized Internal Audit / Accounting / Anti-Fraud body is required (e.g. CIA, CISA, CFE, CPA, ACCA).
• A minimum of nine years of experience at national or international level in the audit / accounting field, including exposure to management and financial/administrative control processes.
• Experience in auditing information systems and IT processes is an asset.
• Professional fluency in English with excellent communication skills; good command of another OSCE region language is an asset.
• Demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity, and ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activities.
• Ability and willingness to work as a team member with diverse backgrounds while maintaining impartiality.
• Computer literacy with practical experience using Microsoft applications.

Aufgaben

• Planning, conducting and drafting reports for assigned audits and advisory activities, ensuring governance, risk management and performance improvements across the Organization.
• Engaging with auditees during assignments and following up on agreed actions.
• Providing coaching to team members and ensuring quality assurance of audit work.
• Contributing to continuous development of professional practices within the Office of Internal Oversight.
• Supporting the development of the OIO work plan and revisions to policy documents as requested.
• Factoring gender mainstreaming into audit work to the fullest extent possible.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
