nyra health is hiring a senior Android engineer to own the patient-facing Android app. You will implement speech-driven exercises, drive multimedia flows, and shape performance across devices in a medical context.

You will collaborate with ML and product teams to deliver fast, reliable experiences with accessible UI for patients recovering from stroke. 5+ years of Android/Kotlin experience required, with a focus on clean architecture.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin and Android SDK.
• Proficient with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, and MVVM/MVI.
• Experience with Hilt/Dagger, performance optimizations.
• AI-native development experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own the Android surface used by patients daily, including speech exercises and multimedia flows.
• Bridge ML models and UI to surface speech feedback with low latency.
• Ensure performance across aging clinic tablets and modern devices.
• Collaborate with Product and Design on accessible UI for users with partial mobility.
• Set standards for architecture, code reviews, and testing.
