Dynatrace Linz is seeking a senior designer to craft developer-facing UX for AI observability tools and experiences. You will work hands-on across the full product design lifecycle to guide AI-native developers and engineering workflows, building tailored products for engineers, product managers and data scientists.

You will collaborate across teams, evolve our design system, and bring deep technical fluency to decisions, leveraging Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity, and other AI tooling in

Qualifikationen

6+ years designing and shipping software products as a hands-on contributor.
Experience building technical products for engineers or data scientists.
Background designing developer experiences or engineering tools (CLI, SDK).
Solid fluency in observability or related engineering domains.

Aufgaben

Design and ship developer-facing UX for AI observability evaluation experience, hands-on across the full product design lifecycle.
Guide the end-to-end user journey for AI-native developers and agentic engineering workflows.
Build products tailored for engineers, product managers and data scientists.
Collaborate cross-functionally to scale the experience across open-source projects.
Work within and evolve the existing design system.
Bring technical fluency to design decisions in observability and monitoring domains.
Leverage AI tooling (Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity) in your design and prototyping workflow.
