Qualifikationen

• 6+ years designing and shipping software products as a hands-on contributor.
• Proven experience building technical products specifically for engineers or data scientists.
• Background designing developer experiences or engineering tools (CLI, SDK), ideally with open-source exposure.
• Solid technical fluency in observability, monitoring, or related engineering domains.
• Proficiency with modern AI tooling (Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity, or comparable).

Aufgaben

• Design and ship developer-facing UX for AI observability, across the full product design lifecycle.
• Guide end-to-end user journeys for AI-native developers and agentic workflows.
• Build products tailored for engineers, product managers and data scientists.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to scale experiences across OSS projects.
• Work within and evolve our design system.
• Translate observability concepts into intuitive developer experiences.
• Leverage AI tools as part of design and prototyping workflows.
