NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Customer Success/Partnership Solutions Architect to join its Infrastructure Specialist Team. The role spans networking, system design and automation, partnering with customers and partners to analyze, define, and implement large-scale GPU-accelerated workloads across data centers.

You will lead hands-on optimization, serve as a technical authority, shape monitoring and remediation strategies, and drive initiatives from design through deployment while aligning to SLAs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in large-scale data center service operations with focus on infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to drive continuous improvement.

Aufgaben

• Lead hands-on analysis and optimization of GPU-accelerated systems in data centers.
• Serve as a senior technical authority on NVIDIA technologies and guide infrastructure decisions at scale.
• Establish monitoring and optimization methodologies using analytics, telemetry, and automation.
• Join post-deployment reviews and incident retrospectives to craft the customer experience.
• Complete and lead complex technical projects from design through implementation while meeting SLAs.
• Identify AI infrastructure opportunities in cloud and enterprise environments to drive technical initiatives.
