Zusammenfassung

ISG Personalmanagement GmbH is looking for a Senior Accountant (m/f/x) to join an international construction group operating in Nigeria. You will cover broad accounting tasks, including financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and project cost tracking, supporting management with reliable insights.

Lead a junior Receivables team, interact with auditors and tax advisors, and ensure accurate records in line with IFRS and company standards in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in accounting, finance, audit, or financial reporting.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, ACA, CA or similar) is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, tax regulations, budgeting and cost control.
• Experience with SAP FI/CO and SAP S4/HANA is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate financial records.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Prepare and support financial reports, statements, analyses, and closing activities.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and cost developments with project teams.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Support audits and liaise with auditors and tax advisors.
• Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.
• Lead Receivables Accountants on a junior level and provide support.
