We're Type + Pixel, a boutique creative agency specialising in brand and digital - and we're seeking a gun Senior Account Manager to join our award‑winning team and play a leading role on our flagship creative account, Baskin‑Robbins.

With 4+ years experience in creative account service and a solid understanding of advertising and brand agency process, you'll understand the importance of balancing client advocacy with internal collaboration. You'll be the kind of person who gets a kick out of solving problems (after all, that's why clients come to us). And you'll also love getting stuck into a diverse range of consumer and B2B projects across the health, FMCG, tech, NFP, retail and education sectors.

Please note: we're specifically looking for candidates with a solid background in managing design creative (both print and digital) and experience executing above and below‑the‑line campaigns, from briefing through to final output.

Salary dependent on level of experience.

Here's what you'll be involved in day to day:

  • Client service and account management, playing a central role on the Baskin‑Robbins account
  • Working on creative campaigns and brand projects, from initial quoting and briefing stages through to design handover and invoicing
  • Driving best practice and improving our account management processes
  • Accurate financial and timeline management to ensure projects run on time, on budget and to scope
  • Exposure and contribution to brand strategy projects
  • Clear communication with client and internal agency team
  • Client retention and relationship management
Skills and experience
  • Understanding of strategic disciplines: primarily brand, advertising, social media and design
  • Experience managing a range of creative projects including campaigns, print and digital
  • At least 4 years' account service experience in an agency environment
  • Ability to work across multiple projects, think on your feet and prioritise workload
  • Great organisational and time management skills - and the ability to effectively plan and manage your own and your creative team's time
  • Articulate and confident presenter with excellent relationship building and communication skills
  • Proactive self‑motivator with a keen interest in design and strategy
  • A team player with a collaborative approach and positive attitude
  • Valid Australian work visa or permanent residency required
