A boutique creative agency is seeking a Senior Account Manager in Austria to lead the Baskin-Robbins account. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in account service within an agency and a deep understanding of brand and digital projects. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, overseeing creative campaigns, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Applicants should possess strong communication, organizational skills, and a valid work visa in Australia.

We're Type + Pixel, a boutique creative agency specialising in brand and digital - and we're seeking a gun Senior Account Manager to join our award‑winning team and play a leading role on our flagship creative account, Baskin‑Robbins.
With 4+ years experience in creative account service and a solid understanding of advertising and brand agency process, you'll understand the importance of balancing client advocacy with internal collaboration. You'll be the kind of person who gets a kick out of solving problems (after all, that's why clients come to us). And you'll also love getting stuck into a diverse range of consumer and B2B projects across the health, FMCG, tech, NFP, retail and education sectors.
Please note: we're specifically looking for candidates with a solid background in managing design creative (both print and digital) and experience executing above and below‑the‑line campaigns, from briefing through to final output.
Salary dependent on level of experience.
