Responsibilities

• Coordinating live broadcasts and shows, ensuring smooth operation and handling any changes or technical challenges to maintain high‑quality viewer experience.
• Acting as central point of contact during shifts or cancellations, creating clear alternative schedules, coordinating implementation and communicating changes promptly to relevant partners.
• Collaborating closely with Playout, Direction, Editorial and external partners for seamless live process alignment, supporting planning routines and assisting in daily live show schedule preparation.
• Managing programming system actions to keep content current and consistent, adapting real‑time changes and triggering related processes for background operations.

Expertise and qualifications

• Experience as a channel controller, preferably with live and sports broadcasting focus.
• Understanding of sports broadcast challenges and a high sense of responsibility and reliability.
• Assertiveness and strong communication skills, even in stressful situations.
• Teamplayer with willingness for irregular working hours and travel readiness (0‑10%).
• Proficiency with Mediagenix planning software is a plus.

Compensation

The statutory minimum salary for this position is €2,471.00 gross per month. Our attractive salary packages are based on current market ranges and therefore exceed the stated minimum.
