INTERSPORT Rent in Austria seeks seasonal ski rental and service staff to assist guests, service equipment, and maintain the RENT Shop. Responsibilities include bindings adjustment, ski/snowboard tuning, guest guidance, and equipment returns.

Opportunities for full-time or part-time work from November 2026, with accommodation available if needed and a supportive team environment. Languages: German and English preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Seasonal ski rental/service role experience preferred.
• Ability to work accurately and patiently.

• Assemble and professionally adjust bindings.
• Service skis/snowboards (edges, tune, finish).
• Perform minor repairs and checks on gear.
• Assist guests with equipment and fitting of boots/helmets.
• Maintain workshop and rental shop order and cleanliness.
• Handle service requests and respond to guest questions.

• Assembly and professional adjustment of bindings
• Ski and snowboard servicing and maintenance – from edge sharpening to the perfect finish
• Performing minor repairs and technical checks
• Handling service requests and complaints
• Maintenance and care of our workshop equipment
• Personal advice for our guests regarding skiing, snowboarding & equipment
• Issuance, adaptation and return of loan materials
• Assistance with the selection and fitting of ski boots and helmets
• Control and maintenance of the rental equipment
• Ensure order and clarity in the RENT Shop

The minimum gross salary is based on the collective bargaining agreement for the retail sector, starting at EUR 2,334 for 38.5 hours per week. Higher pay is possible and depends on prior service, qualifications, and experience.
