Zusammenfassung

Roche in Vienna is seeking a Scrum Master to support agile product development for chronic care solutions. You will coach up to two teams in an ART, remove blockers, and help drive value delivery across teams and ceremonies.

The role emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and strong SAFe/Agile practices. A technical background and experience in software development are required.

Qualifikationen

5+ years of hands-on experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
7+ years in software product development.
Solid experience with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe (XP is a plus).
SAFe 6.0 Certification required.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, and change management skills.

Aufgaben

Help teams deliver value by keeping a clear focus on Sprint Goals, the Team Backlog, and ART priorities.
Facilitate decision-making, remove blockers, and make risks and impediments visible.
Support coordination across teams and ART-level ceremonies, especially around dependencies.
Use team metrics to learn, reflect, and continuously improve how teams deliver.
Coach teams on Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe principles.
