We’re seeking a Scientist II to join our Research & Development team. You’ll contribute to scientific advancements while working with advanced technologies and skilled colleagues. REQUIREMENTS

• B.Sc. in Biology, Biochemistry, or related science and 2+ years of experience, MS degree and 1+ years of experience or PhD
• Strong technical expertise in laboratory techniques and instrumentation specific to role including assay platforms such as ELISA, bead‑based multiplex assay, Proximity Ligation Assay (PLA) or similar
• Hands‑on experience with the development and optimization of multiplexed qPCR workflows for simultaneous detection of multiple targets, including primer/probe optimization and data analysis
• Proven ability to design, execute and analyze complex experiments independently
• Experience with data analysis and documentation
• Project management and organizational skills
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Proficiency with relevant software and data analysis tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
