Zusammenfassung

idpp is seeking an SAP SD Inhouse Consultant to join a large-scale S/4HANA transformation in Vienna. You will shape and optimise sales processes, act as a trusted technical partner to key users and stakeholders, and drive robust SAP SD configurations across an international group.

You will work on 3rd level support, development, and change requests, with travel approx. 20% and a flexible home-office arrangement, contributing to global SAP projects from day one.

Qualifikationen

• At least 6 years of hands-on SAP SD experience including configuration, testing and training.
• Strong understanding of SD processes and end-to-end sales flows.
• International project exposure and S/4HANA familiarity is a plus.

About the Opportunity

On behalf of our client, an international industrial group, we are seeking an experienced SAP SD Inhouse Consultant to join their internal SAP team as part of their large-scale S/4HANA transformation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an SAP professional who wants to take real ownership of sales processes, configuring, optimising, and shaping how they run within a modern S/4HANA landscape, across an international group of companies.

You will work as a trusted technical partner to key users and business stakeholders, ensuring SD processes are robust, well-designed, and fit for the future.

Key Responsibilities

Module Support & Development

• Provide 3rd level support and ongoing development of SAP SD
• Analyse, optimise, and redesign end-to-end sales processes
• Implement change requests, including customizing and quality assurance
• Take on stream lead responsibility in global S/4 projects (brownfield, bluefield, greenfield and rollouts), including sub-project ownership
• Collaborate closely with key users, business units, and external SAP partners

Knowledge Transfer

• Conduct training sessions and support knowledge transfer within the organisation

Required Experience & Qualifications

• At least 6 years of hands‑on experience as an SAP SD specialist, including specification, customising, testing & training, and interfaces
• Strong understanding of sales and business processes, with a genuine interest in conceptual work
• International SAP project experience is an advantage; S/4HANA exposure is desirable
