Wienerberger is seeking an experienced SAP MM & Logistics Lead to own and optimize SAP MM/LE processes, lead the MM/LE team, and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders on end-to-end solutions. The role requires hands-on expertise, leadership, and willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.

You will drive SAP rollouts and transformations, ensure seamless integration with SD and FI/CO, and contribute to continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Qualifikationen

• Strong functional expertise in SAP MM/LE and related SCM processes.
• Understand cross-module integration with SD and FI/CO.
• Knowledge of SAP WM is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in SAP process integration and end-to-end business processes.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own and continuously improve SAP MM/LE processes and solutions.
• Lead and coordinate the MM/LE team, providing guidance to consultants.
• Act as a hands-on SAP MM/LE expert, supporting analysis and delivery.
• Design and optimize SAP MM/LE processes with business requirements.
• Lead SAP rollouts, M&A and transformation projects and changes.
• Serve as the key contact for SAP MM/LE topics with stakeholders.
• Drive root-cause analysis and sustainable improvements.
• Foster knowledge sharing and report to Head of SAP Sales & Supply Chain Solutions.
