Wienerberger AG in Vienna is seeking a SAP MM/LE Lead to own and continuously improve MM/LE processes and manage a dedicated team of internal and external consultants. You will act as a hands-on expert, drive delivery, troubleshooting, and design optimizations across MM/LE while coordinating with SD and FI/CO modules to ensure seamless integration.

The role requires deep SAP MM/LE know-how, leadership experience, and the ability to navigate complex business requirements.

Qualifikationen

SAP MM & Logistics Lead (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

• Own and continuously improve SAP Materials Management (MM) and Logistics Execution (LE) processes and solutions.
• Lead and coordinate the MM/LE team, providing functional and technical guidance to internal and external consultants.
• Act as a hands-on SAP MM/LE expert, supporting analysis, troubleshooting, debugging and solution delivery.
• Design and optimize SAP MM/LE processes in line with business requirements and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
• Lead and support SAP rollouts, M&A and transformation projects, as well as change requests and enhancements.
• Act as the key contact and trusted advisor for SAP MM/LE topics, collaborating closely with business and IT stakeholders.
• Drive root-cause analysis, continuous improvement and sustainable solutions for complex functional and technicalissues.
• Foster knowledge sharing and team development,and report on key activities and initiatives to the Head of SAP Sales &Supply Chain Solutions.

Your Profile

• Strong functional expertise inSAP MM/LE and a solid understanding of Materials Management, Logistics andSupply Chain processes.
• Good understanding ofcross-module integration, particularly with SD and FI/CO, includingfinancial impacts and dependencies.
• Knowledge of SAP WarehouseManagement (WM) is an advantage
• Strong analytical, debuggingand problem-solving skills.
• Experience in SAP processintegration and end-to-end business processes.
• Leadership and team managementexperience.
• Strong communication andstakeholder management skills in English, German is a plus
• Experience in project andchange management is an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%
