Qualifikationen

• Deep understanding of E2E service workflows and SAP, REXIS, BTP.
• Ability to coordinate across cross-functional Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
• Proactive learning and translate global processes to local improvements.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate training, deployment readiness, user adoption, and post-Go-Live support for SAP rollouts.
• Prepare affiliates locally with setup assessments and CIA.
• Execute Train-the-Trainer sessions and guide SMEs to Go-Live.
• Manage communication of product updates and training materials between regions and local teams.
• Support End-to-End testing and tester onboarding.
• Post Go-Live stabilization and knowledge transfer with ticket resolution.
