Magna in Austria seeks a senior BI/Analytics expert to lead SAP BW/BI on HANA projects, from data modeling to reporting. The role involves building robust data solutions, designing InfoCubes and data flows, and delivering dashboards with WEBI, Analysis for Office, Tableau, and other tools.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in corporate reporting, SAP BW/BI on HANA expertise, ABAP is a plus, and strong collaboration with global teams is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or other comparable education
• 10+ years of experience on end-to-end projects developing corporate Reporting and Analytics
• SAP BW/BI on HANA experience including Extraction, Modeling and Query design
• Strong emphasis on SAP ECC SD, JIT/JIS, MM, PP, QM, WM, FICO
• ABAP experience is advantageous
• Knowledge of SAP SLT+HANA (DaaS), SAP BW/BI on HANA
• Familiarity with Tableau / Tableau Prep, SQL Server, MS Office, Lotus Notes
• English and at least one other European language

• Collaborate with the Business to define and document functional and technical requirements
• Develop front-end analytics, reports and dashboards using SAP BW on HANA, WEBI, Analysis for Office and Tableau
• Design and deploy SAP BW on HANA solutions that are robust and supportable
• Build InfoCubes, ODS/DSO, Multi-providers and transformations
• Provide expertise and advice on solutions and designs
• Mentor divisional Analysts on data sources, SQL, ETL, report development and visualization
• Participate in software evaluations and proofs of concept
• Contribute to BI&A Strategy, Roadmap and Budget development
