Job summary

ARICOMA in Vienna is seeking an experienced SAP Support Consultant to join our team. You will work with SAP customers in Application Management (1st & 2nd level support) and help implement change requests, customizing where required.

The role requires several years of hands-on SAP ERP/S/4HANA experience, German and English language skills, and a hands-on, customer-focused attitude. Flexible hours and occasional home-office options are available.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial or technical education.
• Several years of hands-on SAP ERP or S/4HANA experience, ideally as a Consultant, Key User, or experienced End User.
• Experience in SAP modules FI/CO, SD/LE, MM, PP, QM, SM/IM.
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud products is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP (especially debugging) is desirable.
• Experience in project management is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer and service orientation combined with team spirit.
• Structured and independent working style.
• Motivation for continuous learning and professional development.

Depending on your seniority and skill set, this role is allocated toeither the ST1 (Specialised Activities, Standard Level) or ST2 (Specialised Activities, Experienced Level) category under the Austrian IT Collective Agreement.

The minimum gross monthly salary according tothe collective agreement is €3,954 for ST1 and €4,611 for ST2. Your final salary offer will be based on your specific experience and qualifications, with an attractive overpayment above these minimums provided.
